Karine Sargsyan, Head of EUA Quality Assurance Department, PhD in Economics, Associate Professor, Tatevik Movsisyan, Specialist of the same Department, PhD in Pedagogy and Sona Hakobyan, Head of EUA Chair of Applied Linguistics, PhD in Philology, Associate Professor participated in one-day training held at the Northern University under the DAAD mission yesterday. The training was conducted by DAAD experts Professor Anthony Vickers and Dr. Vassilis Charalampopoulos from abroad. Within the framework of the training, the principles of effective development of course programs, particularly, the requirements for the formation of learning outcomes, the quality assurance of course programs, as well as opportunities for mobility and internationalization were discussed. During the training, a discussion was held on the principles of credit allocation defined by ECTS User’s Guide, the selection of teaching, learning and assessment methods in accordance with the learning outcomes, the importance of the information package of educational programs, as well as the current issues in the context of mobility programs and international partnership. As a result of the training, the participants gained new experience and skills in the development and quality assurance of educational programs and courses. At the end of the training, certificates of participation were given to the participants.
