No, this is not a stage, this is the EUA courtroom; they are not actors but future lawyers, they are not playing — they are showcasing their knowledge.
On May 22, 3rd-year students of the Chair of Law at EUA, under the guidance of lecturer Zaruhi Mkrtchyan, took part in a real mock trial as part of the “Civil Procedure” course.
The topic was very relevant — a labor dispute between employer and employee.
The students thoroughly analyzed the case details, substantiated claims and objections, and demonstrated a professional legal approach by fully recreating the atmosphere of a courtroom trial.
Judges, lawyers, parties’ representatives, witnesses, and experts — everything was in its place.
The mock trial turned into a true performance, but without acting — everything was done seriously, with knowledge and responsibility.
