On May 27, 2025, the European University of Armenia hosted a meeting between students enrolled in one-year specialization programs and Mr. Laurent Dorey, Head of International Education Programs at our partner institution, #EKLYA Business School in Lyon, France.
During the meeting, participants discussed the applicability and effectiveness of practical knowledge gained through specialization programs, particularly in relation to its relevance and demand in the labor market. Mr. Dorey emphasized the importance of combining professional education with hands-on experience, highlighting how this integration gives students a competitive edge both in local and international labor markets.
The meeting concluded with an engaging Q&A session, during which topics such as bridging cultural differences and the integration of academic and professional education were explored.
