The jubilee awards ceremony dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the Synopsys Armenia company took place in the National Academic Theater of the National Opera and Ballet Theater of Armenia named after Alexander Spendiaryan with the slogan "Recognize the best, inspire the next". The delegation of the European University of Armenia, headed by Rector Heghine Bisharyan, was also officially invited to the event.
During the event, the leading students of the Faculty of Information Technologies of the European University of Armenia were awarded educational prizes in the field of IT. Lusine Nersesyan, a 2nd-year master's student of the Chair of Microelectronic Circuits and Systems, won the "Best Master's Student" nomination, and Gor Yeghiazaryan and Mariam Bagratunyan, 4th-year students, won the "Best Bachelor's" nomination.
During the solemn evening, programs aimed at the development of the IT sector were presented, which were implemented with the Government of Armenia, the educational system, and business and public organizations. This year, for the 20th time, 37 winners of the annual educational award for the best students in the field of IT were awarded: 31 students and 6 students.
