The human mental world is complex, fragile, and powerful, but at the same time vulnerable. Each period brings its own new impulses, confronting individuals and human groups with new, unique problems. In such circumstances, psychologists face the need for new professional approaches. The main goal of the current conference is to raise these issues and combine existing approaches in this direction. It was this circumstance that was drawn to the attention of the attendees by the EUA Rector, Heghine Bisharyan, who, in her opening speech at the conference, noted the importance of practical psychology in all areas of life, from mental health to education, labor relations, and public life.
