🔹On October 23, 2024, on K. Tovmasyan’s initiative, lecturer at the Chair of Tourism of EUA, 3rd-year students of the "Tourism" speciality visited “Blizzard Lunch" as a part of the "Food Service" lesson. The purpose of the visit was to familiarize the students with the operations of a public food service establishment.🍽️
The students met and had an engaging conversation with A. Khachatryan, the founder and director of “Blizzard LLC”, who presented the full process of the food establishment's operations and provided detailed and informative answers to the students' questions. The students also had the opportunity to tour all sections of the food service establishment, including the vegetable and meat storage areas, the cold and hot production, the kitchen, and the serving hall.
