All rise, the court is now in session!
This is how the 2nd and 3rd year law students concluded the academic year. In frames of the courses “European Law” and “Civil Procedure” by the initiative of professors Alvina Gyulumyan and Lilit Ziroyan, the moot court were related to ECHR case Davtyan vs Armenia case and the prohibition of Illegal use of trademark. The parties presented the case and their arguments and the court held a fair judgement, Future law students from Yerevan Regional state College N1 and Yerevan state College of Humanities attended the moot-court as well.
