The students of "Service (Tourism and Hotel Business)" specialty at EUA together with Kristine Tovmasyan, lecturer of the Chair of Tourism and Service, visited the Blizzard Lunch within the framework of "Food Servicing" course. The aim of the visit was to familiarize the students with the work of public food servicing establishments. The students met and had an interesting conversation with the founding director of Blizzard LLC, A. Khachatryan, who comprehensively presented the work insights of the catering establishment. Also, the students had the opportunity to see all the sectors of food servicing: vegetable and meat warehouses, cold and hot workshops, the kitchen and the service hall.
