🏦On November 16, 2024, the Faculty of Architecture and Design of EUA organized an open lecture for students at the National Museum-Institute of Architecture after Alexander Tamanyan.
The exhibition was dedicated to the 160th anniversary of the renowned architect Toros Toramanian. Its purpose was to showcase the evolution of Armenian architecture during the medieval period. The discussion covered the distinctive features of Armenian architecture, the transformations in spatial and volumetric solutions, and the architectural schools that emerged during this significant era.
Students had the opportunity to explore numerous models, manuscripts, and original drawings.
The main goal of this meeting was to think, interpret, and appreciate Armenian identity through the language of architecture.
