Yesterday, the European University of Armenia hosted His Excellency Mr. Manjurul Karim Khan Chowdhury, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of Bangladesh to the Republic of Armenia (residence: Tehran, Iran), Mr. Molla Ahmad Qutubed Deen, First Secretary for Political Affairs of the Embassy, and Ms. Julia Moin, Minister for Commerce of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. The high-ranking guests were welcomed by the Rector of the European University of Armenia, Heghine Bisharyan. During the meeting, the parties discussed a number of issues of developing mutual cooperation, including the possibilities of implementing joint scientific, educational and research programs between the European University of Armenia and educational institutions of Bangladesh, issues of mobility and exchange of experience. Ambassador Mr. Manjurul Karim Khan Chowdhury highly appreciated the reforms and innovative programs implemented by the European University of Armenia, especially in the context of internationalization. Agreements were reached to develop cooperation and contacts in the above-mentioned directions.
