🖼🖌On November 25, 2024, at the initiative of Gagik Avetisyan, Ph.D., a lecturer at the Chair of Design at EUA, a master class on “My Environment is My Palette” was held . The event featured Martiros Badalyan, an Honored Artist of Armenia and a master of artistic collage.
The goal of the event was to introduce students to the unique style of the master, who has a distinctive signature in contemporary Armenian art.
The meeting was highly educational for future designers, as M. Badalyan’s art combines design and painting through modern and unconventional approaches. Alongside painting and sculpture, artistic collage stands out as an important, though relatively new, art form. It is distinguished by its multilayered and complex nature, revealing the artist’s creative intent.
