On November 5, 2024, at A. Mheryan’s invitation, Head of the Chair of Finance and Banking at EUA, Ruben Hayrapetyan, Doctor of Economics, Professor, co-founder and executive director of the "Matena" International School of Leadership and Professional Development, delivered an inspiring lecture on “The Guarantee to Success” for the students of "Finance" and "Management" at EUA.
The lecture was impactful, addressing the following topics:
📈 The importance of strategy: How does a well-crafted strategy contribute to achieving success?
💼 Leadership skills: Which skills are essential to becoming a successful leader?
🌍 The value of international experience: What are the experiences of successful leaders globally?
💡 Common mistakes and ways to avoid them: How do mistakes influence the effectiveness of top strategies and enhance team productivity?
At the end of the lecture, Professor Hayrapetyan encouraged the students to be bold in their choices, continuously develop their skills, and never fear mistakes or changes.
