On November 11, 2024, V. Baghdasaryan, lecturer at the Chair of Applied Linguistics at EUA, hosted an event on “Emotional Intelligence” which was both insightful and empowering, shedding light on the importance of understanding and managing emotions for personal and professional growth.
The first-year students of Management, Finance, Economics and Marketing specialties introduced key concepts, such as self-awareness, empathy, and emotional regulation, illustrating how these components impact relationships, decision-making and resilience. They provided practical tips and strategies for enhancing emotional intelligence. Through role-plays, the participants demonstrated instances of emotional intelligence. The event fostered a warm atmosphere accompanied with songs and dances.
