A lecture on "How to read a carpet" was held in the EUA conference hall under the initiative of Chair of the Design at EUA. It was run by Vardan Astsatryan, the founder of the Shushi Carpet Museum, Armenian collector of works of art, economist, lawyer, expert in International law, businessman, Armenian collector of works of art, the founder of the Artsakh Liberation War (1991-1994), the Four-Day War (2016) and the Armenian-Azerbaijani War (2020) participant. The students heard a lecture, a master class, had the opportunity to study the history of carpets, the process and how to read carpets. Students had the opportunity to ask their questions and get comprehensive answers.
Conducting such lectures and courses gives the student the opportunity to acquire in-depth knowledge and new practical skills. Vardan Astsatryan expressed his gratitude to EUA and Design of the Chair for the opportunity. At the request of the students, Mr. Astsatryan promised to hold a master class this academic year.
