On May 15, 2025, the inter-university event on “New Generation of Financiers Conference: Mindset, Experience, Innovation” was held at the European University of Armenia. The event brought together finance students from five leading universities in Armenia, renowned industry professionals, and employers to discuss current trends in the financial and labor markets and to outline forward-looking solutions.
The conference became a true platform for the exchange of ideas, knowledge, and experience, where:
— Students demonstrated critical thinking and innovative approaches,
— Experienced professionals delivered practical and valuable insights,
— Panel discussions featured questions, answers, and clearly defined guidelines for the formation and advancement of future financiers’ careers.

As part of the conference, a student simulation was held involving real-world modeling, problem analysis, and solution development.

Situational awareness and problem-solving.
