On December 15 we gathered for the Closing Ceremony of Second Evening School on "Legal Research and Human Rights Protection Mechanisms". 
The Evening School was implemented by the Human Rights Research Center (HRRC) in cooperation with the European University of Armenia (EAU) and the support of the European Endowment for Democracy (EED).
