On various modern Armenian and international scientific, educational and research platforms, he is perceived as an educated and high-class jurist and scientist, a creative and skilled state and public figure, who can serve as a bright example for different generations of Armenian society with his activities.
Artur Baghdasaryan, PhD in Law, Doctor of law and Professor. He is the President of the International Education and Research Alliance. He is an author of more than 25 books. As Speaker of the National Assembly and Secretary of Security of the RA, he contributed to the country's legislative regulations and security.
Thanks to his consistent struggle, many bright projects in science, education, social, security, legal, legislative and a number of other fields have been brought to life for nearly three decades, contributing to the establishment, development and advancement of public and state institutions.
As the President of the Board of Trustees of the European University of Armenia, Mr. Baghdasaryan combines the insight of a scientist and the vision of a leader with exceptional skill, he holds the fist of university life with a special ability, a person in whom great patriotism and deep scientific thinking, high professionalism and vivid creativity are harmoniously combined, which has become a real guarantee of the success of our beloved University. He truly always stands by high values and principles, inspiring and guiding us all.
