📌From November 2 to November 6, 2024, Dr. John Bayramyan, representing the European University of Armenia (EUA), the French College in Armenia (LPFA) and the European College in Armenia (ECAF), had the opportunity to represent EUA, LPFA and ECAF during the Education Conference of the Canadian Bureau, held in Ottawa, Canada. Within the framework of the conference, many meetings were held with a number of representatives from different organizations, such as Canada’s Brock University, MacEwan University, University of The Fraser Valley, University of Manitoba, University of Victoria, University of Alberta, as well as Centennial College, Global Affairs Canada and a number of other representatives of other institutions.
Various types of cooperation opportunities were discussed during the meetings, including joint research and projects, exchange programs, mobility of students and representatives of academic and administrative staff, etc. The conference provided the representative of the university with valuable information about the most significant latest trends, technologies and methodologies in the field of education.
🔹Discussions were held with the Ambassador of Armenia, Mrs. Anahit Harutyunyan, and the Consul of Armenia in Canada who expressed full readiness to support the initiatives of the university and colleges. Consecutive steps have been defined, mainly related to the preparation of the Action Plan and the definition of clear Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and strategies for the further realization of the long-term goals of the university and colleges.
