Coordinator of awards and award activities of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia in the field of applied development of physico-mathematical and technical sciences, the prize was awarded to Professor Vazgen Melikyan, Head of Microelectronic Circuits and Systems Chair of the European University of Armenia for the work "Means for the design of integrated circuits built with nanoscale technologies". In the case of applied developments, the RA NAS award is awarded for scientific-technological or scientific-production results obtained during the last 10 years, applied developments ready for commercialization or implemented. We congratulate Mr. Melikyan for such a prestigious achievement and wish him further achievements.
