3rd year part-time learning students of the Faculty of Law and International Relations of the European University of Armenia completed the course "Civil Law 2" with a moot court on theme of common ownership. The students discussed types of common joint property, the property between spouses, the procedure for dividing common property during divorce. The plaintiff presented its arguments, and the defendant party presented its opposing arguments. Based on the presented facts and evidence, the court made an impartial decision. Moot court was initiated by lecturer L. Ziroyan.
