The 11th Annual MOCK ARBITRATION COMPETITION 2025 🏛️⚖️
The 11th Annual MOCK ARBITRATION COMPETITION 2025, dedicated to commercial arbitration and involving law students from universities across Armenia, will take place on April 26-27, 2025.
This year, the competition is organized by the Mediation and Arbitration Clinic of the LL.M. Program at the American University of Armenia 🎓🏛️. The event provides a unique opportunity for participants to gain practical knowledge in alternative dispute resolution, enhance their rhetorical skills, and receive guidance from experienced professionals, including arbitrators, judges, and lawyers 👩⚖️👨⚖️💼.
🔹 Who Can Participate?
📌 Law students from all universities in Armenia (including master's and PhD students) 🎓
📌 Students from other institutions providing legal qualifications, including attendees of the Academy of Justice and the School of Advocates 🏫📚
🔹 How to Participate?
✅ Form a team of 2-5 members 👥
✅ Obtain approval from the Dean of your Faculty ✅
✅ Register by February 18, 2025 📝
There is no limit on the number of teams representing a single university 🚀.
📌 Teams will be given a case based on real-life scenarios, which they must resolve within the framework of the Arbitration Moot Court Competition ⚖️📄.
