On December 26, 2023, by Karine Sargsyan's initiative, PhD in Economics, Associate Professor, Head of Quality Assurance and Educational Reforms Department at EUA, a meeting-discussion was held with the heads of the departments of the EUA. The purpose of the meeting was to present the new template of preparing annual reports and the requirements for its completion defined by the accountability procedure. It is planned to analyze and evaluate the achievements of the departments in 4 directions (strategic management, operational activity, resource provision and quality assurance) in the new template. The template makes it possible to identify the departments’ strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats based on the results of the analysis. The meeting was concluded with a question and answer session. At the end of the meeting, the Quality Assurance and Educational Reform Department emphasized the presence of substantive and targeted analyzes in the report, which will allow to clarify the analytical capabilities of the departments and record the achievements of the departments and further practical steps.
